I adapt my practice to meet your individual needs, ensuring that you feel heard and understood.
Depending on your individual needs and goals, I draw from several approaches to counselling.
Person-Centered therapy means I will place you at the heart of our sessions. We will focus on the issues that matter to you in a way that works for you.
Psychodynamic Therapy helps you understand more about who you are and how your experiences have shaped you and your behaviour. Understanding this helps us work to change things for the better.
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) can help you manage difficulties and problems by changing the way you think and behave.
An integrative approach to counselling means I will draw on different therapies thorough our sessions to find the best outcome for you.
I can provide a safe, warm and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable to explore what’s happening in your life.
We’ll work at a suitable pace for you, exploring repetitive cycles of thoughts, feelings, behaviour and relationships that hold you back.
Gradually, we’ll develop new perspectives, coping skills and new ways of being so that you can manage your situation more effectively, leading to an improvement in your quality of life.
